    thoughtful staff
    comfortable beds

This place suits me perfectly! I love the comfortable beds, free wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. The staff once returned my forgotten earpods, very thoughtful. I highly recommend it for a stress-free stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The staff was amicable and efficient, I will never forget them. Modern and fine room, it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe.

The staff were very unhelpful, didn't expect that coming.

    great restaurants
    friendly staff
    perfect location
    towel supply issue

The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed visiting the nearby museums and parks. Breakfast was decent, but there are plenty of other good options around. The staff is friendly.

We had a bit of a hassle with getting enough bath towels every day. We had to call the front desk multiple times for them, which got a little annoying.

    Bed comfortable, location good.

Wifi was appalling: impossible for Skype calls: unacceptable for a business traveller. Asked for wake up calls both days: recieved no call- even on the 2nd day after explaining about first day no call. Shower not clean on arrival: full of hairs.

The size of the room is very good.

I had the bad luck that a receptionist, Elizabeth,,, or something like that, made me wait for the check in,,, I know it's at 3pm but there were 10 minutes left and no will or flexibility, so at exactly 10 minutes I went to the counter and she gave me the keys,,,, so the room was ready. I repeat themes of flexibility and zero kindness, zero will. Then I extended my stay one night, by this means, and another staff kindly gave me the new card, when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon it didn't work,,, For bad luck, the same person without vocation of service in the counter; and just arrived a European couple, I told them if they could reset my card before and they told me very dryly, as at the beginning, that I had to do the check in first,,,, and made me wait. "How unkind you were to me in the beginning," I said; it wasn't with her. I believe that if the Holiday Inn chain hires people who are NOT service oriented, that is the face that receives you and attends you at the reception, angry and unkind people who should not have contact with passengers the truth. The rest of the people are very nice, which is a common denominator in Mexico.

    Unexpected view but great location

Woke up to a bright room with a fine city view. The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff always greeted us with warmth and smiles.

    spacious room
    great views
    convenient location
    poor soundproofing
    towel shortage

Conveniently positioned near a multi-level shopping mall with various eateries and shops. The king suite offered expansive views and a spacious shower.

Soundproofing could use some serious upgrades. Rooms facing the street let in a lot of traffic noise, especially at night. The breakfast options felt limited, lacking decent hot items like sausage, eggs, or bacon. Housekeeping had a tendency to be inconsistent with towel supply, often leaving us short.

    great location
    comfortable bed
    towel supply issue
    loud bathroom fan
    inconvenient towel rack

The location on Reforma is unbeatable, surrounded by various restaurants and close to parks. The spacious room offered a comfortable bed, and breakfast included delicious traditional bread and fresh coffee. There were issues with daily towel supply, a loud bathroom fan, and an inconvenient towel rack height in the shower. WiFi was strong, and staff were friendly throughout my stay.

    spacious rooms
    fantastic location
    poor soundproofing
    limited breakfast options

This hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, and the location is fantastic, just steps away from Reforma 222. Service was friendly, but the soundproofing needs improvement as noise can be disruptive. The breakfast, while adequate, could use a few more options. A pleasant experience!
